TERRADON provided a land use study proposed land use master plan for this 30 acre development located on the Monongahela River in Fairmont, West Virginia. TERRADON was awarded a 2002 Engineering Excellence Award for this project by the West Virginia Association of Consulting Engineers and a 2002 American Society of Landscape Architects Merit Award.
