TERRADON engineers developed a comprehensive drainage study for a portion of the city of Martinsburg, in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The study compared the conditions before and after the construction and later widening of WV 45 to current conditions in an area that has potential flooding problems. The study examined storm events for 2, 10, 25, 50, and 100 year frequencies. Recommendations to alleviate the flooding situation were also included in the study.
