TERRADON Corporation was contracted by a private developer to design a new turning lane off US 119 in Mingo County, West Virginia for the FEMA Trailer Park. The FEMA Trailer Park was established after severe southern West Virginia flooding in 2003 and 2004, and the developer needed access to the property via direct entrance off US 119. Working in conjunction with the WVDOH, TERRADON provided plans for the turning lane and access road into the trailer park.
