TERRADON Corporation developed plans for a site at Fountain Place, located near Logan, West Virginia.  In the original site package, plans were developed for right and left turning lanes off WV 73, the main access road off US 119 (Corridor G) that connects with downtown Logan.  The WVDOH requested that the plans for the turning lanes be developed according to their standards, and the plans were converted to meet WVDOH requirements. The project consisted of 0.27 miles of roadway and turning lane improvements, as well as an access road spur leading into the Fountain Place development.  The project was bid in July 2005 and the cost was $522,000.00.  Construction has been completed.
