TERRADON developed two schematic site plan design concepts in conjunction with a market analysis in order to maximize the land use of this property. The final master plan was a collection of land uses that included residential development, a recreation center, an 18-hole golf course, office space, and an equestrian center. TERRADON earned a 2005 Honor Award from the West Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects for the design of this project.
